Recently, I’ve noticed how much I miss regular drawing practice. I’m sure I’m not alone in this. Drawing is the foundation of visual thinking – it not only trains your hand but, most importantly, teaches us how to really see and understand what we’re looking at.
When we draw regularly, perceiving proportions, light, and form becomes second nature. It’s not just a technical skill – it’s a way of discovering the world. Whether sketching a figure or a simple object, we train our eyes, brain and hand, developing sensitivity and confidence in our lines.
Join me for a Friday Drawing Session
I’m organizing an online life drawing session:
Friday, 7:00 PM
Duration: 1 hour
Our virtual studio
What we’ll do:
Quick poses (1, 2, 5 and 10 minutes)
Two models
Focus on quick sketches and capturing movement
Even though it’s online, drawing together can be great motivation to return to regular practice. Join regardless of your skill level – what matters is the process and the joy of creating.
See you there!
